The purpose of this course is to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to understand and actively promote psychological safety in the workplace. Psychological safety is essential in NDIS environments because it allows workers to raise concerns, share ideas, and contribute to problem solving without fear of criticism or retaliation.
This course will give participants the confidence to recognise when psychological safety is strong or lacking and provide practical strategies to improve it. By developing these skills, workers will create safer and more supportive environments for both staff and participants. This directly improves service quality, supports compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and helps build workplaces where trust, openness, and respect are part of everyday practice.
