Basic
The purpose of this course is to build the essential knowledge, practical understanding, and professional confidence required to assist clients safely and effectively with their medication needs. Learners will gain a clear understanding of the difference between assisting, prompting, and administering medication, and how these roles relate to their level of responsibility within community, disability, and aged care environments. This course aims to ensure that all workers providing medication support operate within Australian legal frameworks, workplace policies, and the NDIS Practice Standards. Emphasis is placed on infection prevention and control, risk management, documentation, and maintaining the rights, dignity, and independence of clients. By the end of the training, learners will understand how to carry out their duties safely, communicate effectively with clients and supervisors, and contribute to high standards of care and service delivery.
Advanced
The Behaviour Support Plan Implementation Policy and Procedure ensures consistent, person-centred application of behaviour support strategies. It guides staff in promoting positive behaviour, safeguarding rights, and reducing restrictive practices. Implementation aligns with NDIS Practice Standards, supporting safe, respectful, and effective service delivery that enhances participant wellbeing and quality of life.
Intermediate
The purpose of this course is to build a clear and practical understanding of Interim Behaviour Support Plans (IBSPs) within the NDIS framework. Interim Plans are created when there is an urgent need to manage behaviours of concern that may present a risk to the person or others, and where restrictive practices might be required before a comprehensive plan can be developed.
Learners will gain the knowledge and confidence to identify when an IBSP is necessary, understand the required documentation, and ensure all actions remain compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards. The course aims to help practitioners deliver safe, ethical, and lawful support that upholds the participant’s rights and dignity.
Basic
This course equips learners with the knowledge and practical strategies to promote and maintain good oral health for participants.
Topics include understanding oral health risks, supporting daily hygiene routines, preparing participants for dental visits, recognising and responding to oral health concerns, making referrals to allied health professionals, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

This course helps support workers understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries to build safe, respectful, and ethical relationships with participants. It explores appropriate behaviour, managing dual relationships, and recognising signs of boundary crossings or violations. By the end, learners will be able to set clear limits, protect participant wellbeing, and uphold NDIS Code of Conduct standards.
Advanced
The purpose of this course is to provide support workers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver safe, effective, and respectful stoma care. Stoma care is a high-intensity support area under the NDIS, requiring strict adherence to infection prevention procedures, accurate monitoring, and sensitive communication with participants. This course equips workers with practical strategies to manage colostomies, ileostomies, and tracheostomies, while upholding participants’ dignity, rights, and wellbeing. It ensures all staff understand their responsibilities under organizational policy, NDIS Practice Standards, and Australian health guidelines.

This course equips disability support workers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, respond to, and manage seizures safely. It ensures compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies while safeguarding participant dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
