The purpose of this course is to strengthen the ethical awareness and decision-making skills of frontline workers in the NDIS context. Ethical dilemmas are a regular part of disability support work, and the choices made by workers directly affect participant safety, dignity, and quality of life. This training will give participants a structured understanding of ethics as a professional framework, rather than just a personal viewpoint. It aims to build confidence in identifying ethical issues, applying clear reasoning, and taking responsible action in line with NDIS Practice Standards. By the end of the session, learners will recognise that ethical decision-making is not about guesswork but about applying consistent principles to protect both participants and workers.

The purpose of this course is to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and awareness of NDIS workers and staff in safeguarding children and young people. Safeguarding goes beyond simply responding to incidents, it is about proactively creating safe, supportive, and empowering environments where children’s rights, dignity, and wellbeing are protected at all times.
This training ensures that staff understand both their individual and organisational responsibilities under the NDIS Practice Standards, the Code of Conduct, and relevant state and federal child protection laws. Learners will develop the confidence to recognise risks, act appropriately, and follow the correct procedures when concerns arise.
Basic
The purpose of this course is to equip disability and aged care workers with the digital literacy skills necessary to perform their roles safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies. In modern service environments, most record-keeping, communication, and compliance processes are carried out digitally. Workers are expected to navigate electronic care plans, online rostering systems, secure messaging platforms, and reporting tools with confidence. By the end of the program, learners will understand how to apply digital tools responsibly, protect participant privacy, and contribute to quality service delivery. This purpose supports not only workplace efficiency but also the rights, safety, and dignity of the participants receiving care.
Advanced
The purpose of this course is to equip NDIS workers and service providers with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the NDIS Price Guide and implement compliant service agreements. The Price Guide is a critical tool for ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in service delivery. Without proper understanding, providers risk making errors in billing, breaching compliance requirements, or unintentionally disadvantaging participants. This training will help learners interpret pricing structures, apply them correctly in day-to-day practice, and integrate them into clear service agreements that protect both participants and providers.
Advanced
The purpose of this course is to equip NDIS workers and organisational staff with a clear and structured understanding of governance frameworks. Governance is a foundation of safe and effective service delivery within NDIS organisations. It provides the systems and structures that ensure compliance with legislation, uphold participant rights, and maintain accountability at every level of the organisation.
By the end of the training, learners will understand not only the theory of governance but also how to apply governance principles in their daily roles.
This includes knowing who is responsible for decisions, how risks should be managed, and how to ensure participant voices are included in organisational processes. Governance is more than compliance, it is a tool that protects participants, supports workers, and strengthens organisational integrity.

The purpose of this course is to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to understand and actively promote psychological safety in the workplace. Psychological safety is essential in NDIS environments because it allows workers to raise concerns, share ideas, and contribute to problem solving without fear of criticism or retaliation.
This course will give participants the confidence to recognise when psychological safety is strong or lacking and provide practical strategies to improve it. By developing these skills, workers will create safer and more supportive environments for both staff and participants. This directly improves service quality, supports compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and helps build workplaces where trust, openness, and respect are part of everyday practice.
Basic
The purpose of this course is to provide NDIS workers with the essential knowledge and practical strategies needed to recognise, prevent, and manage stress and burnout in disability support settings. Stress and burnout are common risks in this field because of the emotional, physical, and administrative demands that staff face daily.
By completing this training, learners will gain a deeper understanding of the causes of stress, how burnout develops, and the strategies required to safeguard personal wellbeing. The course also aims to ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and workplace health and safety obligations, supporting safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Advanced
The purpose of this course is to equip NDIS workers and frontline staff with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to manage situations where participants may become distressed, agitated, or aggressive. De-escalation is not about control but about creating a safe, calm, and respectful environment for both the participant and the worker. By learning structured de-escalation techniques, staff can prevent unnecessary escalation, safeguard human rights, and reduce the risk of harm.
The course also strengthens compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards by ensuring workers respond to behaviours of concern in a lawful, ethical, and person-centred way. Ultimately, the goal is to promote dignity, safety, and trust in all interactions while supporting workers to manage challenging situations effectively.
Basic
The purpose of this course is to equip NDIS workers and support staff with the knowledge and practical skills needed to maintain fire safety and respond effectively during emergencies. Fires can occur in any environment, and in disability support settings they present unique challenges due to the vulnerabilities of participants and the duty of care expected of workers.
This training will build awareness of fire hazards, strengthen prevention strategies, and provide clear guidance on how to manage evacuation drills. By completing this course, learners will be better prepared to act with confidence, protect lives, and uphold compliance with Australian fire safety laws and NDIS Practice Standards.
